All products purchased at JIMAGINNE, within 30 days, can be exchanged or used as credit if they are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. The Warranty Certificate or Gift Card must accompany the merchandise being presented for exchange or credit. The exchange will be made for another item of prompt delivery of the same value, chosen by the customer, or for a certificate of equal value, to be used as part of the payment in a future purchase, within a period of 1 year.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, the exchange is at JIMAGINNE's discretion and subject to the reassessment of the part. Option to exchange within 30 days after the date of purchase under the following conditions: the part must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with no traces of use, and accompanied by its respective warranty certificate.

At any time, the following items are not allowed to be exchanged: jewelry purchased on sale, made-to-order, refurbished or modified, enameled, pearl, coral, ivory, turquoise or leather jewelry.

The JIMAGINNE warranty certificate covers any manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of 1 year. Damages resulting from falls or improper use, accidents of any nature and handling, or contact with chemical agents that could damage the materials of your jewelry are excluded from the warranty. If it is impossible to repair the part within the warranty conditions, another one of the same or similar value of the same value will be provided without extra charge. JIMAGINNE jewelry out-of-warranty conditions will be repaired after the quote is approved by the customer.
